I’m a freelance Business Analyst and Delivery Manager with over 15 years experience working with blue-chip brands in fast-paced, high pressure change environments. I was employed by the BGL Group (who own comparethemarket.com) for over 10 years before setting up my own company in 2015 to broaden my experience. My early career includes a number of roles in high street insurance broking and a uniformed Police Officer. Until recently, I was also a committed soldier with the Army Reserves for over 8 years including a six month tour in Afghanistan.
Over the years I’ve worked on numerous types of change projects including digital/eCommerce, process improvements, black box development, call centre solutions, documentation design, pricing and product changes, application development, regulatory and compliance, vendor selection and system implementation.
I consider myself to be a good team player, flexible, pragmatic and delivery focused – able to identify problems and engage multiple stakeholder groups to find and deliver solutions. I’m experienced in leading teams and managing external suppliers with a good understanding of business drivers, hands-on experience and the ability to communicate at all levels.
When I’m not working I enjoy running, cycling, walking and exploring Northumberland, a county I’m proud to call home.
